The details needed for completing your order are handled with the upmost privacy. We only keep your details on our system in order to provide you with a fast and efficient order process, to send you the requested newsletter, in case you contacted us or because you took part in a survey or a competition.

Use and transfer of your personal data

We value your trust in Stylishooter and ensure that we operate with the highest care and security standards when it concerns your personal data. The personal data that you provided throughout the shopping process will be only used to fulfil your wishes and requests, so generally spoken for the processing of your order as well as to answer your questions.

With complete transaction and after we received your total payment, we will freeze your data until they will be deleted according to tax and commercial law in case you did not explicitly express the want of still using your personal data. 

If you gave us your consent for the utilisation of your personal data we will use them for product related surveys and for other marketing reasons.

Stylishooter will only provide a third party with your private data in case it is necessary for completing your order e.g. your address will be forwarded to the shipping company, as well as the paying information will be transferred to the chosen credit institute.

In case you applied for our newsletter we will save your E-Mail address and use it for advertising purposes until you signed off. You can unsubscribe any time by clicking the button “unsubscribe” at the end of the newsletter without having any other costs than accessing the internet via your internet provider.

For a secure transfer of your customer data we use a secure transfer system – the so called "Secure Socket Layer"(SSL) transfer. Credit card details will not be saved at Stylishooter but directly at the payment service provider PayPal. We protect our homepage and other systems in use by technical and organisational arrangements against loss, destruction, access, modification and the distribution of your data by unauthorised people. The access to your client account is only permitted by providing the right password. You should take care of your access information at any time. It is advisable to close the web browser after you finished communicating with us. In particular if you are not the single user of the computer you are working with.

Use of cookies

Our shop uses cookies. These help us provide our range of products more user-friendly and effective. Cookies are small text files, which are put into a special cookie-file of your browser and saved on your computer. Most of our cookies are »session-cookies« which means that they will be deleted directly after you quit the visit on our website. Other cookies remain on your computer.
